Dian Hong Jin Ya (Yunnan Gold Bud)

Composed entirely of single, unopened buds covered in golden-amber down. Because only the bud is used, Jin Ya is labour-intensive and commands a premium within the Dian Hong category. The infusion is a clear amber-gold with honey, cocoa and no astringency.
