One of China's historic yellow teas, from the hills around Pingyang in Wenzhou. Pan-fired like a green, then yellowed through repeated cycles of charcoal roasting and resting wrapped in paper. Toasted and malty, with a sweet-corn note and none of a green tea's grassy edge.
