Liu An Hei Cha

Packed into cylindrical bamboo baskets since at least the Ming Dynasty, a format that allows the tea to breathe during slow aging. The bamboo contributes subtle vegetal and woody notes. Aged baskets are still traded as collector's items in Hong Kong.
