Zhejiang green tea from Jingshan Temple in Hangzhou's Yuhang District, the historical origin of the Japanese tea ceremony. Song-dynasty monks served whisked tea here, and Japanese Buddhist visitors Enni Ben'en and Nanpo Shomyo carried the practice back to Japan. The modern tea is a Mao Feng-style green with downy tip leaves. UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage 2022.
