A Korean yellow tea from Hadong, on the slopes of Jirisan. Despite the name, it is not made like a Chinese yellow tea. The leaf is withered, rolled and heaped so it oxidises, which lands it closer to a light oolong and gives a honeyed, low-bitterness cup the colour of amber. Best in a teapot, not gongfu.
