Fu Shou Shan (Longevity Mountain)

At 2,500-2,600 metres, Fu Shou Shan is one of the highest tea gardens in the world. Its thin mountain air and extreme diurnal temperature swings produce an oolong of haunting clarity with a sweetness that coats the entire mouth.
