Aged Fuding White (5 Year)

The Chinese saying goes: 'one year tea, three years medicine, seven years treasure.' Minimal processing leaves the leaf enzymes partially active, allowing slow transformation. After five years, the fresh grassy character gives way to dried jujube, aged wood and dried citrus.
