Who you are buying from

Ordering and payment

Checkout runs through Stripe, which takes your payment and shipping address. We never see your card details. The price you see is the price you pay: UK delivery is included. You will get an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

The Southern Road is on pre-order. The first packs ship from mid-October 2026, sent tracked by Royal Mail, Evri or InPost. We ship within the UK only for now, and delivery is free. You will get an order confirmation by email when you pre-order, and a dispatch note when your pack goes out. If something goes wrong in transit, write to us and we will sort it out.

If something is wrong with your order

If your pack arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will refund you in full, including the cost of sending it back. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it does not expire after 14 days.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, as long as every pouch seal is intact. Email us within those 14 days, then send the pack back; you pay the return postage. Once it arrives we refund the full price you paid.

Tea is food, so the usual hygiene rule applies: once a pouch seal is broken, that pouch cannot be returned or refunded. The other pouches, if still sealed, can.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
