Remove the strainer when it tastes right to you.
Infuser basket or ball strainer.
Add leaf, place in cup
3–5g into your infuser or ball strainer. Drop it in.
Pour hot water
Fill the cup. Let it steep 3–4 minutes.
Lift and drink
Remove the strainer. Your cup is ready.
Using a fine mesh strainer.
Add leaf to strainer
3–5g into the mesh strainer.
Pour in slow circles
Hold strainer over cup. Pour hot water in slow circles to cover all the leaves.
Set aside and drink
Set the strainer aside. Your cup is ready.
