One of China's Ten Famous Teas, from the Dabie Mountains at the northern edge of China's tea belt. The name refers to the fine white hairs covering the tightly rolled, pointed leaves. Its flavour sits between the grassy brightness of sencha and the mellow sweetness of Longjing.
